    Project Management Intern

    Missions : 

    As part of our Singapore team, you will support the Senior Project Manager and the Account Director in their daily activities in order to ensure the preparation, delivery and success of our projects in SEA (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand) for existing and new accounts (food and wine essentially).

    You will be in charge of assisting on and monitoring both B2B and B2C projects and will take part in their planning and execution by actively participating in the preparation of agency briefings, management of suppliers and partners, monitoring of projects (from both an operation and financial standpoint) and post-campaign reporting.

    You will also be involved in the preparation of campaign strategy recommendation and potentially be involved in the pitching process, developing your skills and expertise as a F&B communication specialist.

     

    Profile : 

    • Education: Master’s degree in business, majoring in marketing/communication,
    • One or two previous (first) experiences in communication/marketing/event agencies or similar positions client side
    • Fluent in English, proficiency in French and/or a regional language will be highly regarded
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office and good knowledge of social media
    • Adaptability, versatility, eager to thrive and learn, business oriented

    Interest in the agro-food, gastronomy, wines and spirits
