    Finance & Administration Manager H/F

    MISSION

    For our agency in Düsseldorf we are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager supporting a dynamic and friendly team of food & beverage lovers within an international agency network working on international clients.
    Together with the Managing Director you direct and manage the administrative, accounting, and financial tasks of the agency in compliance with the group procedures and ensure accounts conformity to the local legislation. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you want to take over responsibility for the business and you are true team player guiding the team to reach the financial KPIs.

    You create and structure the agency numerical data (income statements, monthly reports, performance indicators etc.).

    You manage the relationships with the legal advisors concerning the legal processes and establish the fiscal statements and ensure the tax audits follow up.

    You as well manage HR administrative data, establish contracts of employment, and manage employees’ files and keep up with the local regulations and insure everything is compliant.

    In this role you need to be able to communicate in German with our local business partners and English or French with international clients and the finance colleagues within the agency network and the headquarters.

    You are leading and developing an Accountant & Administrative Assistant.

     

    SKILLS SET

    You have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.

    You are rigorous person, precise and analytical in what you are doing. You are well organised and able to continuously improve procedures together with the team. You like to take action and enjoy supporting the commercial team to be as efficient as you are.

    Perfect mastery and knowledge of general accounting, financial and fiscal processes. Good ERP knowledge (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle) and mastery of IT tools is a must. You know German labour laws as well as employees’ management procedures. Having experienced cost accounting in service industry is a plus.

    You are fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
