  1. a) Purposes of the collection and processing of your Personal Data
    Users’ Personal Data are collected and processed depending on the purposes specified in the table below.
    Any use of Personal Data for any purpose other than those set out in the summary and as the case may be: based on your consent, in execution of a contract, in fulfilment of legal obligations in the context of our legitimate interest, will require your express prior agreement.



  1. b) Personal Data retention period
    SOPEXA retains Personal Data only for the duration necessary for processing for the above purposes specified in the table below. When your data is collected based on your consent, we use it until you withdraw your consent. Following withdrawal of your consent, your data are kept for the minimum period necessary to complete the technical measures required for their deletion.



At the end of these respective periods, your Personal Data are deactivated from our active databases.

SOPEXA is a multinational company whose business processes, administrative structures and technical systems cross national and European borders. The Personal Data collected are therefore likely to be accessed and used outside the European Union, within the SOPEXA group, in compliance with the privacy and security rules applicable to SOPEXA.

The Personal Data collected is used by SOPEXA and its subsidiaries and will not be transferred or sold to third parties outside the group without your prior express consent.



Communication for judicial and legal reasons            
Personal Data may be disclosed to a third party if SOPEXA is required to do so by law, a regulatory provision, or a court order, or if such disclosure is necessary for the purposes of an investigation, injunction or judicial proceeding, either in France or or abroad.
