#PR: In Melbourne’s quirky, artsy Collingwood neighbourhood, CNIEL delighted Australians’ taste buds with a “Bon Fromage” menu.
The concept? To get out and meet influencers, promote French culinary expertise and highlight its values – such as quality, local production and know-how – through an intimate meal.
The event, facilitated and directed by Anthony Femia (a cheese expert from Maker & Monger), brought together 10 guests, including personalities from Good Food, Five of the Best and Food Wine & Thou.
A meal inspired by the French love of all things food and a unique dining experience with wines handpicked by Tom Brushfield and a dessert created especially for the occasion by Christy Tania.
