    Senior Strategic Account Manager

    Within our international communication agency dedicated to Food, Drink & Lifestyle accounts based in Brussels, acting as a Senior Leader within a team of  5, you will deliver 360° marketing and communication strategies and the associated action plans for our existing clients, manage strong and positive relationships with clients & internal teams.


    You will be responsible for the following:

    • Elaborate strategic marketing and communication recommendations and sell them/ negociation
    • Take part in upstream thinking and creative brief for campaign making
    • Provide day to day management of global accounts in the F&B and Lifestyle category, working with the internal team and external providers to ensure delivery of all projects on time and accurately
    • Contribute to the development and retention of the client portfolio, maximize opportunities and ensure highly profitable projects
    • Manage campaign budgets, in terms of return on investment to fit client expectations and in terms of profitability to fit agency expectations
    • Lead the projects, anticipating & managing risks, organising teams regarding the delivery
    • Participate in the answers to the call for tenders and provide support on pitches


    Your profile: 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar role, strong understanding of bespoke marketing and communication disciplines, ideally gained through agency experience
    • Coming from one or several of these expertise in an asset : PR, Shopper marketing, Events, Branding, Influence... 
    • Client Services oriented and strong problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrates passion for the F&B industry
    • Effective at providing direction and answering team questions about 360° strategical marketing and communication campaign 
    • Strong analytical, enquiring, insightful and strategic thinking abilities
    • Communication and management skills in an international environment
    • Detail oriented and great organizational skills
    • Strong knowledge of the Benelux market
    • Have confidence in working autonomously in a fast-paced role
    • Languages abilities: Dutch fluent, proficient/ good knowledge in French and English
