A can’t-miss innovation event in France, InVivo Quest is back in 2018 with a programme that connects people and shows off a full menu of new projects in the AgriFoodChain. Once again this year, Sopexa is committed to this initiative, supporting the #Quest2018 challenge.
InVivo Quest: a food and drinks innovation challenge
InVivo Quest was born of a challenge: to feed a population forecast to reach nearly 9 billion people in 2050 while meeting the needs of all stakeholders. To do this, InVivo calls upon the entire food and beverage value chain to unearth innovative solutions that bring value added to consumers, farmers and the environment.
Whether or not this challenge is met depends on a wide range of factors. This year’s edition will focus on worldwide consumer trends, non-renewable natural resources, food waste, logistics requirements and public health issues.
InVivo and its partners – Sopexa, Wai by BNP Paribas, Grant Thornton, Bpi France, La Poste Solutions Business, Bondard and Business France – surveyed 5 cities in France and held three events abroad in order to identify local ecosystems, meet with innovative companies, connect key players and foster new opportunities.
Innovative local food and beverage companies discovered during Business Club events will be selected to be presented in-person or digitally at the InVivo Quest finals, to be held on 12 December in Paris.
