students raised awareness with Chef sur le Campus live
#ChefSurLeCampus. A help for students to eat good and balanced food by cooking themselves, essential for their mental and physical health.
That’s what Chef sur le Campus is all about, learning in a playful way to eat well, good and cheap to students. A workshop hosted by La Fondation pour l’Innovation et la Transmission du Goût .
This year the Foundation has created physical and mental ties with students through a livestream program to break their isolation. Chef Jean-François Bury – Chef of the Cabane restaurant, and World Catering Champion, created 2 recipes live with students.
The rendezvous was given on February 4th at 7:30 pm on the Youtube channel of the Fondation du Goût to cook “a pan-fried fillet of Alaskan pollock on beet carpaccio” and a “salmon tataki with sesame”.
Result: 700 students raised awareness with Chef on the Campus live!
