Anne-Laurence Schiepan has built her career entirely at communication agencies. She learned the ropes at the BDDP Group, where she spent nine years, mainly handling corporate and international accounts. She then joined the Havas Group (formerly Euro RSCG) and helped to found Euro RSCG C&O, today known as Havas Paris, where she served as Vice President in charge of content, channel planning and the creative hub.
Fourteen years later, seeking an entrepreneurial experience, she became Deputy Managing Director of a strategy consulting firm before being recruited by Publicis Consultants, where she was appointed Vice President.
In 2015, she decided to build her own consultancy business and founded Le Collatéral, a guesthouse that is half factory, half cultural hub, in the heart of Arles, France. Dedicated to creativity, innovation and sharing, this unique setting provides an original way to enhance strategic thinking through constant experimentation and discussion.
